Refund & Credit Policy

Non-Refundable Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a credit pack is purchased ($5 for 5 credits, $12 for 15 credits, or $20 for 30 credits), the credits are immediately added to your account and cannot be converted back to a monetary refund.

Credit Expiration

Unused credits do not expire. Your credits remain available in your account for as long as your account is active.

System Error Refunds

If an analysis fails due to a system error on our end, the credit used for that analysis is automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to take any action — the credit will be restored immediately.

Disputes

If you believe a credit was consumed incorrectly or you experience an issue with a purchase, please contact us at support@vellum.works. We will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
